Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Often dispatch happens the next day and sometimes it may take up to four working days.

We do not ship orders during heat waves, orders placed during excessively warm periods will be dispatched when it cools down.

While all care is taken to ship chocolate safely, and ice packs and insulated bubble wrap are used during summer, we cannot take any responsibility for damage due to heat. Please make sure someone is home to receive orders so they are not left unattended in warm weather.
